Hotel Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities:

- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspecting, cleaning, and repairing equipment and machinery.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with electrical and mechanical systems.
- Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to track work orders, document repairs, and maintain accurate records.
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner and prioritize tasks based on urgency.
- Collaborate with other team members to complete maintenance projects and ensure smooth operations.
- Fabricate or modify parts as needed to repair or improve equipment functionality.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and experience working with electrical systems.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
- Familiarity with logic controllers and other automated systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think logically.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, including fluency in English.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and the willingness to take initiative.
- Customer service-oriented mindset.
