Full Job Description
**Job Summary**
Princeton Club is looking for an outgoing, self-driven and positive individual to join our team as a full-time Membership Counselor. Utilizing your passion for fitness and desire to help every person live a healthy life, you will be responsible for member acquisition and retention. In this role, you will guide and encourage existing and potential members in their path to living a healthier life and connect them within the club to the departments of interest.
Our Membership Counselors provide leading customer service and a desire to help our members on their path to success.
**Schedule**:
Weekdays: 12-8 pm
Every other weekend: Saturday 9 am-5 pm, Sunday 12 pm-5 pm

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Existing member follow up and support
- Achieve ongoing membership goals (daily, weekly, monthly and yearly goals)
- Meet the unique needs and interests of each current and potential member by connecting them to the proper department/s to help them reach their goals
- Attend regular sales meetings
- Actively promote all services provided within the clubs
- Inspire others to live a healthy lifestyle
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new members
- Maximize member referrals
**Qualifications and Skills**
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred not required
- Minimum 1-3 years of sales and/or customer service experience
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Self-motivated and driven
- Ability to work well independently and in a team environment
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
- Experience in meeting and exceeding performance goals on an individual and team level
- Personal desire and commitment for living a healthy lifestyle
- Desire to learn and adapt in an ever-changing environment
- Exceptional multi-tasking abilities
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, percentages
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
