**Job Overview**:
**Duties**:

- Manage and supervise the compound production team
- Coordinate production schedules to meet deadlines and quality standards
- Oversee inventory management and ensure adequate stock levels
- Implement and maintain safety protocols in the compound area
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes
- Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance activities

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a compound management role
- Knowledge of CGMP regulations and quality control processes
- Proficiency in materials handling, including forklift operation
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles
- Ability to fabricate and package materials as needed
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Experience in warehouse management is a plus
