Procurement Specialist

**Job Summary**

As a Procurement Specialist, you will work with vendors to lower expenses for your clients, provide alternative solutions for similar products and recommend next steps for your clients in order to maximize their annual savings. We are looking for a warm and friendly negotiator who is organized and able to work independently. This is a very flexible position and we can accommodate part-time (20 hours) or full-time, or anything in between at this time. We are just looking for the right fit

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Evaluation of client's invoices and contracts
- Negotiating new rates and contracts with vendors
- Documentation of all vendor/client communications
- Self-Motivated individual who can work efficiently and effectively independently
- Negotiating Skills - to achieve maximum savings
- Outgoing Personality
- we talk to people every day
- Integrity - the ability to do the right thing when no one is looking
- Goal Oriented

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Procurement experience
- B2B sales and customer service experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate Microsoft office experience
- SalesForce experience is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
