**What We're Looking For**:
Duties may include:

- All aspects of accounts payable
- Match invoices with purchase orders and receivers
- Calculate variances
- Prepare vouchers for entry into Great Plains
- Enter vouchers into Great Plains
- Prepare check runs
- Print and mail checks
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies
- Review supplier statements
- Data entry of time sheets into custom software
- Maintain vendor records
- Filing of vendor invoices, purchase orders, vouchers, and production time sheets
- Answer incoming phone calls
- Perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned
- **Expectations**
- High attention to detail
- Accurate 10-key data entry
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel required (proficiency preferred)
- Associate degree or higher in Accounting preferred
- Two or more years of relevant experience preferred

**Schedule**
- Work hours are 8 am to 5 pm with a 1 hour lunch Monday through Friday or 8:00 am to 4:30 pm with a 30 min lunch.

Experience level:

- 2 years

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
