Toonen Consulting LLC, a full-service consulting firm is seeking a full-time, experienced Accounts Payable/Accounting Assistant to work out of our Green Bay office.

This position includes assisting with various accounting-related projects and functions as needed and is responsible for the preparation of various Excel and Word-related documents regularly. This role means you will be responsible for the full accounts payable cycle including verifying, coding, posting, and paying all vendor invoices, including a multi-card credit card account, on a weekly basis. It also includes assisting with general office functions such as processing mail, answering phones, etc.

Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years accounts payable and/or general accounting experience. An associate degree in accounting is a plus.
  • Experience within a real estate development & management company is a plus.
  • Experience in a small company, small office environment a plus.
  • Must be able to work independently and be a team player.
  • This team environment assists others, so a willingness to go above and beyond is necessary.
  • Must possess strong attention to detail, strong interpersonal and communication skills and be highly organized.

Job Type: Full-time

Setting: Office

Pay: From $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
