Business Intelligence Analyst

**Job Title**:Business Intelligence Analyst**

**Location: Remote**

**Job Time: 9-5 pm EST**

**Salary - Paid in USD
**Responsibilities:
**Dashboard Development and Maintenance**:

- Design, build, and maintain interactive data visualization dashboards using tools like Quicksight.
- Ensure data accuracy, timeliness, and integrity within the dashboards.
- Continuously improve dashboard visuals, user experience, and actionable insights. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and incorporate feedback.

**Data Validation and Quality Assurance:
- Validate data from various sources to ensure data quality, consistency, and adherence to business rules.
- Design and drive data validation processes to improve internal data processes. Identify data anomalies, trends, and patterns, and communicate findings to relevant teams.

**Data Modeling and ETL Collaboration:
- Coordinate with the tech team to design and implement data models and ETL processes.
- Ensure data transformations and integrations are accurate and efficient. Identify opportunities for process optimization and data pipeline improvements.

**Data Feature Engineering:
- Design and create new data features and functionalities across customers. Understand each customer's context and operations to keep dashboards updated with new developments and capabilities.

**Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, and data scientists to understand requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
- Provide training and support to end-users on dashboard usage and data interpretation.

**Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Quicksight).
- Expertise in SQL and data manipulation techniques.
- Knowledge of ETL tools, data warehousing concepts, and data quality management. Familiarity with statistical analysis and data mining techniques.

**Soft Skills**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
