**Operations Manager - Pali Coast**

**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities Sales Support**:

- Field incoming sales calls and qualify leads to ensure they align with our service offerings.
- Schedule and coordinate design consultation calls and follow-up meetings.

**Marketing Coordination**:

- Manage the print advertising schedule and collaborate with the SEO and web teams to optimize online presence.
- Work closely with the social media team to align marketing strategies and ensure consistent brand messaging.

**Client Relations**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring all interactions are professional and timely.
- Maintain detailed and organized client interaction records.

**Administrative Management**:

- Oversee accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
- Coordinate with the bookkeeper to track and maintain financial records.
- Manage the CRM platform to ensure accurate and up-to-date client information.

**Operational Oversight**:

- Coordinate and oversee licensing, insurance, permits, and compliance matters.
- Assist in the estimation and bidding processes, tracking and managing the commercial bid pipeline.
- Support non-field operations related to job management, ensuring projects are executed smoothly

**General Office Duties**:

- Ensure all administrative tasks are handled efficiently, including office supply management and scheduling.
- Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in all office operations.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in office management or a similar role within the landscape design,construction, or related industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Adobe Suite is advantageous.
- Experience with project management software such as Asana, Monday, or Trello.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Salary Range**:$75,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $1,000,000.00 per year
