Middle School Volleyball Coach

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance players' skills and performance.
- Plan and conduct engaging practice sessions focusing on teamwork, strategy, and individual player development.
- Analyze players' performance during games and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
- Organize team strategies, lineups, and game plans for competitive matches.
- Ensure the safety of players during practices and games by following proper protocols.
- Foster a positive team culture emphasizing sportsmanship, discipline, and respect.
- Collaborate with other coaches, staff, and parents to support the overall success of the volleyball program.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a Volleyball Coach or player at a competitive level.
- Strong knowledge of volleyball rules, techniques, and strategies.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to motivate and inspire players.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse groups of athletes with varying skill levels.
- Certification in CPR/First Aid is preferred.
- Experience in lifeguarding or behavior management is a plus.
- Background in physical education or related fields such as basketball, karate, or cheerleading is beneficial.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Contract, Seasonal

Pay: $1,000.00 - $2,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- 4 hour shift

Ability to Relocate:

- Houston, TX: Relocate before starting work (preferred)
