We are a Physical Therapy practice, specializing in Outpatient Orthopedics. We are looking for a _Physical Therapy Tech/Aide, to provide rehab assistance to our highly skilled team of Physical Therapists. The Physical Therapy Aide will perform direct and indirect patient care as assigned by a licensed Physical Therapist. We currently have part time opportunities available in_ **Norfolk, VA.**

- **What you'll be doing -**_
- _Assist clinicians with set up of patient exercises_
- _Monitor treatment under direct supervision of licensed PT_
- _Set up patients with hot/cold packs and other physical therapy equipment_
- _Maintain appropriate supply of inventory on a daily basis_
- _Clean and sterilize physical therapy equipment in accordance with clinics standards_
- _Enthusiastically engage with patients to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and comfort_
- _Participate in any other projects as directed by the clinician staff_
- **What you'll need -**_
- High School or higher level of education
- _**Be available part time for Monday - Friday, some morning shifts starting at 7 AM and some afternoon shifts ending at 7 PM**_
- CPR certified preferred
- Personal vehicle required for transportation to and from the clinic location.
- _**English/Spanish speaking is a plus.**_
- _Some Rehab, patient care, exercise therapy and/or PT Tech/Aide experience is preferred. If you can bring enthusiasm, motivation and a willingness to learn, training will be provided._

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
