- Bilingual proficiency in English and another language is a plus
- Knowledge of phone systems and ability to handle multiple phone lines
- Experience in hospitality management or guest relations is preferred
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling guest information
- Familiarity with night audit procedures is an advantage

As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests. Your exceptional customer service skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle various tasks simultaneously will contribute to creating a positive experience for our guests.
