Our Loan Officers **Originate** New Loans.

We provide unlimited free company-paid leads, free pre-prepared and customizable marketing materials, and an in-house video production studio.

Giving our Loan Officers, the #1 income/Loan Officer Mortgage Broker in New York

Loans CTC'd in less than 10 days.

A best-in-class, streamlined, fully integrated platform that completely automates loan originations from the initial lead through closing.

Madison Mortgage offers a competitive compensation % split and the opportunity to build a lifelong career with one of the top mortgage brokers in New York.

**Compensation**:
$90,000 - $150,000

**Responsibilities**:
Madison Mortgage has a unique position is designed for licensed entry-level Loan Officers or for even experienced Loan Officers looking to partner with a top-producing team.

This is a commission-based with a generous split. The role is ideal for an originator who is motivated by learning from the best in order to grow their own referral business.

- Exceed our production standards by maintaining an active pipeline
- Take advantage of being coached by our seasoned team of industry leaders
- Calling on company-provided leads for purchases and refinances
- ** This is a commission-only position with a % split on Madison leads % on self-generated referral business**

**We will cover the following expenses**:

- NY Existing State Licensing Renewal Fees yearly
- Continuing Education for all existing State Licenses yearly
- Company Business Cards
- Realtor Marketing Software
- Realtor Flyer Software
- Printed and Digital Team Marketing Material

**Qualifications**:
This opportunity is for unique individuals who match the below qualifications, but most important to us at Madison Mortgage is hard work and passion for the industry.
- **
Newly licensed MLOs** looking to learn how to create a self-sustaining business by working alongside our top-producing team leaders
- ** Seasoned Loan Officers **who want to grow go from 1-2 loans per month to 5-10 loans per month
- ** MLOs switching from retail and correspondent** who no longer want to lose deals to brokers
- ** Individuals who are motivated by a multiple six-figure income** and have a desire to work for a top mortgage broker in the New York market.
- Experience working in the broker channel is a plus but we embrace originators making the switch from a retail environment
- Passionate mortgage professionals with a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and the desire to be part of a close-knit team

**Must be able to work in the Lake Success, NY corporate office.**
