Maintenance Technician

**Maintenance Technician**

**Overview**:
Jobs can mostly be completed on an as needed basis on flexible timing.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform seasonal maintenance on hvac and boiler.
- Respond to maintenance requests (usually small items like unclogging a sink or replacing lights).
- Meet on-site with outside vendors when necessary.
- Salt and plough sidewalks and parking lot in Winter months.
- Keep tabs on overall condition of property and alert office of any abnormalities.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in facilities maintenance and mechanical knowledge.
- Ability to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

We are a growing company with more properties and larger projects in the works. We'd love to have you on staff if you are looking for a flexible maintenance position with growth opportunities

**Job Types**: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 2 - 5 per week
