As a Bilingual Rent Collection & Lease Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring timely rent payments and smooth lease administration for our tenants. Your exceptional communication skills in both English and Spanish will enable you to effectively interact with our diverse tenant community.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collect rent payments and handle related inquiries
- Process new leases and renewals
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Provide outstanding customer service to tenants
- Communicate effectively with tenants, property owners, and team members

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
- 1+ year of experience in rent collection, lease administration, or a related field
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Proficiency in property management software (a plus)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
