**Primary Responsibilities**:

As a **Leasing Consultant** (Sales & Marketing Team Member), your main duties involve:

- Following up with prospects, imparting helpful and convincing information about the community and neighborhood, and converting leads into community tours.
- Providing informative and tailored tours of the apartment community to secure new leases.
- Ensuring consistent outstanding resident experiences to establish brand loyalty.
- Creating awareness, interest, and enthusiasm through social media.
- Being available to work on weekends, three weekends per month, with two days off during the week, when potential residents are actively seeking their new homes.
