The Holliday Farms **Event's Coordinator **is a key member of the Holliday Farms Team.

The Event's Coordinator is responsible for the overall planning and execution of meetings and special events at the Club and on Club property. He/she assists with coordinating all amenities, food & beverage planning, space layouts, staffing, A/V and event agenda for all Holliday Farms Events.

This individual monitors and controls all event budgets and negotiates all necessary contracts having to do with any/all events. He or she is responsible for growing new business and retaining current clients. The Social Coordinator maintains professional and positive relationships with all members & clients and must communicate effectively to all team members. He/she must be present at all large Club events to oversee the execution of the event. He/she is must be creative, self-efficient, organized, teamwork
- oriented and maintain a positive attitude. This individual must coach and lead their team through the Holliday Farms culture, service standards, and success.

**DUTIES INVOLVE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO**:

- Work mostly business hours, but also available on most holidays and some evenings (The Club closes early on Christmas Eve. The Club is closed completely on Christmas Day and New Year’s Day.)
- Multi-tasking, organizing and detailed planning skills
- Builds relationships with members, current clients and future clients to attract repeat business
- Communicates effectively and professionally to the Banquets (and F&B team) about all upcoming meeting functions/events
- Oversees the Club Calendar in Foretees (includes BEO details) and on member website
- Reviews all BEOs before each weekly BEO meeting (before they are printed)
- Oversees all Club Event reservations. Manages wait lists, plots reservations accordingly, and communicates any change in counts to the Food and Beverage Team.
- Manages all billing aspects. Make sure all Club events are posted by the end of the month. Make sure all deposits and payments are posted correctly for private events by the end of month.
- Assists in collecting deposits and payments for events.
- Gives tours to prospect event clients. Schedules and runs planning meetings with clients such as (but not limited to) weddings, golf outings, anniversary parties, etc..
- Upsells amenity packages (ie: golf, bowling, guest house, etc )
- Creates and manages all P&Ls for Club events
- Oversees the Private Event Tracker and manages
- Assists with vendor booking and payment (delegates to event lead also)
- Coaches the floor manager to do event recaps after every function
- Follows up with each and every member/client after a private event or meeting to personally thank them and welcome them back
- Oversees the setup and main execution of all large Club events and new events.
- Updates any/all sales items (in print and digital) in Jonas and in packets you give to clients.
- Be flexible and uphold a professional and positive attitude when changes need to be made on the fly or in a challenging situation.
- Create check list for each event pertaining to the details in order to ensure the success of setup and execution.
- Be an ambassador of Holliday Farms and have an awesome attitude

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
