Eclipse partnered with the nation's largest retailers and we are actively searching for an individual who is just as passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences as we are The Retail Sales Associate will engage directly with customers introducing them to exclusive products and offering customized plans fitted to their needs. As an entry-level role, the Retail Sales Associate will be equipped with comprehensive sales training and resources to successfully perform responsibilities, maximize sales performance, and drive growth for our retail partners.

**Retail Sales Associate Requirements**:

- Identify appropriate prospects and guide them through the sales process
- Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to explain features and benefits related to customer needs
- Achieve sales goals by following a defined sales process in accordance with our retail partner’s policies
- Ability to offer knowledgeable service recommendations that address customer needs
- Welcome customers with a warm and inviting demeanor

**Qualifications and Related Experience**:

- Displays above-average communication skills
- Availability to work retail hours
- Possess a student mentality and eagerness to learn
- Comfortability working individually and in a collaborative environment
- Background in sales, customer service, retail, client services or related industries
- Motivated by hitting sales targets, deadlines, and achieving goals

Pay: $700.00 - $1,400.00 per week

Shift:

- Day shift

Weekly day range:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Ability to Relocate:

- Garden Grove, CA: Relocate before starting work (required)
