We are currently seeking a House Manager with previous, DCS licensed, group home experience.
We're looking for a House Manager and Team Leader who can provide oversight, comfort, and assistance to children with physical, mental, and developmental disabilities. Our female/male homes can house up to 10 youth ages 6-17.
The perfect manager would be a team player. Lead so well that every employee could be a manager. The perfect manager has compassion and empathy for both residents and their staff. The perfect manager is attentive to details and responsive to leadership, staff, and other providers. The perfect manager is able to multitask and prioritize needs.
Our Managers must have the ability to work well with the individuals they are caring for, be able to communicate effectively, and ensure that all safety guidelines and protocols are followed.
Must be able to effectively communicate with team members and display leadership qualities. The House manager is expected to "own" their position, which can include interviewing, corrective actions, training, hiring, case management, shopping, de-escalation, etc.
This position comes with the potential for flexible scheduling.

**Responsibilities**:
- Work in a residential care facility for children.
- Maintain Staff Schedules
- Maintain Staff Files
- Maintain Resident Files
- Audit Documentation
- Supervise a Team of Direct Care Staff (DCS)
- Interview and Hire
- Provide Training and Staff Development
- Assist youth with activities of daily living
- Assist with youth development
- Communicate effectively with youth, staff, and youth's team members
- Complete documentation
- Keep Home in Compliance with Licensing
- **Work as part of a team.**
You must have the following proof of documentation:
- Pass Criminal Background (Agency will provide document)
- Fingerprint Level 1 clearance card (DPS) if not must obtain within 30 days
- First Aid/CPR (Referral can be provided)
- Arizona Driver’s License
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
Pay: From $52,000.00 per year
