**The Instructor Role**: - Summer Camp Jobs 2024**

**Your Summer Can Be Relaxing, Rewarding, AND A Financial Boost**
- NO WEEKENDS & FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE
- Full-time (40 hrs/week) Monday - Friday schedules
- Requiring as few as three contracted weeks, we will work with your busy summer schedule (i.e. vacations can be accommodated)

**Responsibilities**:
As a Drone & STEM Instructor, your primary responsibilities are:

- Creatively teach cool, innovative concepts to campers in grades K-8
- Use passion for instructing children to inspire and serve as role model for campers
- To be punctual, professional, and flexible at all times
- Provide direct supervision and behavior management of campers
- Deliver engaging, safe, and exciting drone and tech-related activities
- Ensure a fun, safe, and positive environment

This position supports the program through a combination of tech and non-tech activities, suitable for this age group:

- Assess and teach the curriculum to meet the interests and needs of campers
- Follow the lesson plans to foster a fun, yet somewhat challenging learning environment
- Monitor camper behavior and discover creative approaches to keep all campers excited and engaged
- Create a nurturing learning environment for our campers
