Customer Service Representative

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.

**Responsibilities**:

- Answering incoming calls and addressing customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
- Providing accurate information about our services, pricing, and scheduling.
- Assisting customers with placing orders, scheduling appointments, and resolving issues.
- Performing data entry tasks with speed and accuracy to update customer records and service requests.
- Coordinating with our lawn care technicians to ensure timely service delivery.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace to facilitate smooth operations.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred.
- Exceptional multitasking abilities with the capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all aspects of work.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with data entry software.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond to meet customer needs.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
