**Your role in our future**
- Provide mid to advanced technical support via various communication channels to customers, Field Service, Sales, and Marketing.
- Maintain high customer care standards, fostering a cooperative and friendly attitude.
- Assist in creating technical documents and collaborate effectively within a team-driven environment.
- Demonstrate strong troubleshooting skills, offering inventive solutions in dynamic situations.
- Handle technical escalations, provide training, and contribute to knowledge base development.

**Your profile**
- Associates Degree in Computer Information/Electronic Technologies or five years of professional experience.
- Professional phone demeanor, excellent interpersonal skills, and strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong electro/mechanical skills, A+ Certified and/or Network+ desired.
- Demonstrated success in goal-setting and working with people.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced call center environment, with intermediate to advanced computer skills.
- Preferred background in call center or customer service, fluent in English and French is advantageous, and proficiency in Microsoft Operating Systems and other relevant systems.

$41,900.00 - $62,900.00
