As a Payroll Coordinator at Toyota of Hemet, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll for our employees. Your primary responsibilities will include:
1. Payroll Processing: Execute end-to-end payroll processes, including but not limited to, calculating wages, overtime, bonuses, and deductions accurately.

2. Timekeeping Management: Oversee timekeeping systems to ensure accurate recording of employee hours worked, leaves, and attendance.

3. Compliance: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations and tax laws, staying updated on any changes and implementing necessary adjustments.

4. Data Management: Maintain payroll records and employee information confidentially and accurately, ensuring data integrity and security.

5. Reporting: Generate payroll reports for management review and auditing purposes, providing insights into payroll trends and discrepancies.

6. Communication: Serve as a point of contact for employee payroll-related inquiries, resolving issues promptly and professionally.

7. Collaboration: Coordinate with HR department to ensure seamless integration of payroll and HR processes, such as onboarding, terminations, and benefits administration.

8. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline payroll processes and improve efficiency, suggesting and implementing enhancements as needed.

Pay: $25.15 - $27.60 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
