**Essential Duties, Responsibilities, and Requirements**:
**Management Analyst - Middle (Action Officer / Budget Analyst): The contractor must have a bachelor’s degree and the following qualifications**:

- 5+ years of finance and budget management experience
- Having any of the following Certification:

- DoD Financial management certification Level 1, Level 2 or Level 3.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Budget Management**:

- Monitor daily obligations in current and prior year funds, ensuring they align with budget targets and allotments.
- **Financial Compliance**:

- Uphold strict adherence to financial laws and regulations to maintain the organization's financial integrity and compliance.
- Identify and promptly resolve financial problems, even under challenging and sensitive circumstances.
- **Financial Reporting and Analysis**:

- Prepare monthly financial reports, including statistical computations and cost summaries, to provide accurate insights into budget activities.
- Estimate future financial needs based on data analysis and financial trends.
- Keep track of the status of funds and update relevant stakeholders on budget and funding information as requested.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Budget Analyst, Financial Specialist, or similar role.
- Solid understanding of financial laws, regulations, and compliance procedures.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail to accurately manage financial data.
- Effective communication skills to interact with diverse stakeholders and provide clear financial information.
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $65,000.00 - $69,000.00 per year
