As a Hub Supervisor at Valuement, you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes across all our activities. This role is perfect for those who are looking for a challenging and rewarding Undetermined Duration Contract in Mauritius. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the daily operations of our hub, ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and on time.

- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations across the company.

- Manage resources effectively to meet operational goals.
- Identify and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Prepare and present reports on operational performance to senior management.

- 3 years’ experience coordinating delivery teams or similar role
