**Position Profile**:
**Knowledge & Experience**:

- 1 years+ electronics assembly or depanel experience
- 1 years+ manufacturing and technical experience
- Ability to read drawings
- Hand soldering experience with medium to large Surface Mount Devices (SMD) with ring light magnification or less
- Ability to communicate in English (Read, Speak, and Write).

**What youll do**:

- Produce LED board assemblies, ensuring production targets are met.
- LED board testing, labeling, packaging, and data entry
- Hand soldering
- Work and collaborate with cross functional teams.
- Use lean manufacturing techniques to continuously improve processes such as 5S/6S, 8-wastes, standard work, one-piece-flow, value stream, and Single Minute Exchange of Die (SMED) machine changeover methods.
- Perform preventative maintenance and regular cleaning as required.
- Other duties as assigned

**Position Dimensions**:

- Single shift (up to 12 hours).
- Operate and maintain SMT equipment that produces 3,000-4,000 LED modules per week.
- 85-95% of daily time spent operating machines.
- Work performed in a semi-clean, temperature controlled room (about 65F).
- Standing while working about 40-60% of the day (chairs are available).
- Lifting of tooling (up to 15 lbs) 10-15 times per day and inventory boxes (up to 30 lbs or more) 5-7 times per week.
