Associate Creative Producer

As the Associate Creative Producer, you will be responsible for helping the Creative Production Manager orchestrate, organize products, and schedule projects for the Jazwares Photo and Video Studio. You will help submit projects for approvals to ensure the timely delivery of all requested projects while maintaining the highest quality standards. Additionally, you will work closely with the Creative Production Manager and Senior Photo Editor on the internal asset management processes to ensure that workflows are optimized for streamlined production.

**What you will do**:

- Help track and manage in-studio sample inventory
- Schedule and coordinate talent for photo and video shoots based on production schedules
- Book talent and HMUA for all lifestyle executions
- Organize and deliver final assets of all shoots done in the Bristol Studio
- Create detailed shot lists and shoot schedules for all lifestyle and artistic shoots
- Talent management and handling will be required
- Work with on-set talent to elicit top-notch photo executions
- Organize prop and wardrobe inventory
- Source set design materials and furniture as needed
- Coordinate and execute creative set-building
- Facilitate communication with all key stakeholders during tethered shoots
- Track the progress of projects in the job management system
- Facilitate review and approvals of all photo and video content created in the Bristol Studio
- Work with the Creative Production Manager to assist with all packaging and A-Plus content needs
- Work with the Product Production Associate to assist with product photography production
- Some photo editing and image compositing will be required

**What we are looking for**:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as project management, film, media, or communications preferred
- 2-5 years experience as a creative assistant or project/brand management in a medium to large-sized company with multiple brands
- 2-5 years of experience working in a Photo and Video studio or relevant experience in a similar role is required
- Proven work experience as a Creative Content Creator, Creative Project Coordinator, or in a similar role
- Portfolio of successful projects and campaigns
- Excellent leadership and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Strong creative and conceptual thinking skills
- Experience with team management and collaboration
