Our client, leader in sports & entertainment, is seeking a Creative Producer to join their team for a full time contract This team drives the strategic creative vision and workflow optimization for broadcast, digital, and marketing projects. The Creative Producer will play a pivotal role in shaping and overseeing the strategy and execution of large-scale seasonal and new broadcast projects. The ideal candidate will be local to Bristol, CT and be able to work a hybrid schedule.


Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with Senior Manager and Strategy stakeholders to develop and implement creative strategies for season-long graphic identity projects.
  • ​​​​​​​Identify and manage new workstreams across brands and the Creative Studio, ensuring seamless coordination and documentation.
  • Lead initial project communications across teams and manage budget tracking for vendor work
  • Organize and facilitate stakeholder and creative team meetings, providing clear agendas, goals, and next steps to ensure team success.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic communications within Creative Studio.
  • Define the scope of work, deliverable lists, and project schedules to guide teams towards successful execution.
  • Collaborate with Senior Staff on long-range planning (LRP) and project forecasting.
  • Make informed budget decisions within established guidelines set by creative and executive leaders.
  • Conduct and coordinate research for projects in partnership with creative leaders.
  • Collect and analyze project insights, making them accessible and useful for team members.
  • Motivate, educate, and direct teams, including Designers, Animators, Editors, and other project contributors, whether in-house, freelance, or with external production groups.
  • Develop a deep understanding of network/show aesthetics to guide creative direction.
  • Ensure strict compliance with established department procedures and protocols.


Basic Qualifications:


  • 5+ years of broadcast producing experience.
  • Proficiency in conducting internal and client/stakeholder meetings.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, 365).
  • Proven ability to work effectively with diverse personalities and work styles.
  • Excellent partnership and teamwork capabilities.
  • Strong project management skills, capable of leading creative and production teams on various scales.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and deliver consistently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective team player with strong communication (oral and written) and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of distribution channels including MVPDs (Multichannel Video Programming Distributors) and SVODs (Subscription Video On Demand).
  • Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Atlassian tools, and Smartsheet.
  • Background working in large media corporations or media branding roles.
  • Experience in agency or production house environments, particularly in marketing and branding.
