Motus Logistics is seeking a hungry, motivated and entrepreneurial Sales Executive to join our fast-growing firm. **The Motus Transportation Consultant will prospect high volume freight shippers (LTL, Full Truckload) **set appointments, demonstrate our technology platform and develop proposals and cost analysis, provided _from_ customer data based on the customer’s needs.

Salesmanship, professionalism and the ability to win new business via an existing network, referrals and cold calling is essential in _this_ position. The Sales executive must have excellent time management, drive and be a competitive person in nature.

**“Previous sales experience in the 3PL / LTL / TL / Supply Chain industry with an emphasis on Technology solutions is required”.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain LTL, FTL & Small Parcel business throughout North America
- Utilize a consultative sales approach while prospecting for leads to build a pipeline, including heavy cold-calling
- Manage accounts to retain existing relationships and grow share of business
- Succeed at price and service negotiation with prospects
