**Job Summary**:
Join our dynamic team at CalStar Services, as a General Office Worker We're seeking a motivated individual to handle a variety of tasks essential to our operations.

As a General Office Worker, you'll be responsible for managing Excel sheets, performing various computer tasks, and delivering exceptional customer service. Your role will involve assisting with driver dispatching, ensuring smooth logistics for our hauling operations.

**Duties**:

- Perform general clerical duties such as typing, filing, and data entry
- Provide customer service and support to clients
- Assisting with driver dispatching
- Maintain phone etiquette when interacting with customers and colleagues
- Handle order entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Transcribe documents as necessary

**Requirements**:

- Preferably a Spanish speaker
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing work environments

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Weekends as needed

Work Location: In person
