**Overview**:
London Jewelers is a premier jewelry business, family owned and operated for over 90 years. We continue to set the standard for quality and service in providing customers with the finest selection of diamonds, designer jewelry, fine timepieces and gifts, presented in a luxurious style and setting with superior customer service. We are seeking a Concierge Jewelry Service Professional

**Responsibilities**:

- Serves as primary liaison between customers, sales associates and repair team,
- Processes customer jewelry and watch repairs; works with vendors regarding repair issues.
- Communicates instructions for servicing and enters information into the POS system; evaluates items condition and clearly identifies necessary repairs.
- Maintains organized inventory repair reports and reviews repair tickets for correct invoices
- Assists with doing cord changes, wrapping gifts and filling out certificates

**Qualifications/Experience**:

- Strong customer service and computer skills

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of jewelry and watches

**Salary**:
