We are seeking opticians and proficient sales associates who can deliver exceptional service and establish long-term relationships with clients.

At Morgenthal Frederics, we offer our clients various shopping options, including in-store, virtual, and remote. We have perfected the luxury shopping experience and cater to our clients with concierge-style service. We value our client experience as much as we value our associate experience.
- **Prior optical sales experience is preferred, but can train the right person**_

**Basic qualifications**:

- Strong customer service skills
- Skilled in luxury Sales
- Solid knowledge of lens technology
- Experience selling high end frames is a plus
- Experience building and maintaining clientele
- Self-motivated with a drive for continual learning and improvement
- Ability to maintain a flexible schedule and able to work evenings and weekends
- Ability and desire to learn new things

**Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to**:

- Custom fitting of glasses based on our extensive frame selections
- Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge and accurately describe features and benefits of our lens selection
- Educate clients on cutting edge technology to meet their visual and lifestyle needs
- Using your optical knowledge to take and record measurements and ensure the finished eyewear meets optical standards and customer requirements
- Dispensing Glasses and Frame adjustments

**Job Types**: Part-time / Full-time

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

Work Location: In person

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

- Optical Retail Sales: 3 years (preferred)
