We are a locally owned and operated supplier of closet systems, mirrors, hardware, glass enclosures and railings that we fabricate and install in homes all over West Michigan. We partner with homeowners on remodel projects as well as work directly with home builders on new construction developments.

**Role - Product Specialist: Storage (FULL TIME M-F)**

Studio G is looking for a "Product Specialist" / Designer in our Custom Closets and Pantries division for our home construction / design business in West Michigan.

**You’ll be doing a lot of this**:

- Develop design solutions for custom closets and pantries using existing software systems for drawing and specifications
- Support sales efforts in achieving expansion of existing custom builder relationships using melamine and wire products.
- Analyze floorplans and architectural prints to creatively design product solutions that meet needs of homeowners balancing cost and aesthetics.
- Specifying supply of closet and pantry materials
- Working with customers (builders) and vendors (suppliers) to coordinate plans and projects
- Making recommendations for cohesive designs that appeal to builders and home buyers

**So, you should have this**:

- Comfort using technology and office equipment (AutoCAD and MS Office)
- Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills plus an eye for interior design
- Sharp decision-making skills and receptive to learn
- Detail-oriented with a high sense of urgency; ability to read prints and plans
