Counter Support Representative

Description:
The **Counter Support Representative **assists walk-in customers for products being sold or picked up at our “will-call” area. Process work orders for repairs on diesel engine components like turbochargers, fuel pumps, and injectors.

**_ Essential Duties and Responsibilities:_**
- Assist Walk In customer
- Release orders pending in will-call
- Look up parts for customer
- Provide quotes for pricing and availability
- Follow up on orders pending in will call to see if still needed
- Take overflow calls for best-in-class customer service
- Help assist E-commerce customers by processing online orders
- Help warehouse with receiving reconciliation
- Count and replenish front lobby display products
- Follow up with mayday account to retain customers
- Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years of industry experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Computer skills
- Basic math skills
- Successful completion of pre-employment background and drug screening
- Fosters good coworker citizenship and contributes to a positive work environment

**_ Physical Demands and Work Environment:_**
- Warehouse environment that can include exposure to loud noises, dirt, and dust
- Retail environment
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk, working on a computer
- Ability to repeat motions
- Ability to sit, stand, kneel, or bend
- Ability to raise arms above shoulder level
- Ability to lift and carry to 50 lbs.
