Primary Arms, LLC is seeking an experienced Compliance Auditor to support the company’s audit operations and ensure compliance with all internal and external policies, procedures, and regulations.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Plan and execute a variety of audit engagements, including operational reviews, compliance audits, and business process and control assessments.
- Identify audit exceptions, internal control weaknesses, inefficient practices, and procedures, and recommend creative and effective corrective action.
- Hold preliminary discussions of apparent deficiencies with operating personnel to verify and obtain explanations and reasons for each apparent deficiency.
- Fully coordinate and communicate actions and audit report findings within the Sr. Compliance Manager & Senior Leadership.
- Other duties, as assigned with the Primary Arms team

**Minimum Qualifications and Experience**
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (No work visa sponsorship)
- Must be willing to work onsite full time. (No relocation assistance)
- 3+ years related work experience in the compliance or legal fields
- Must be detail oriented, patient, and be a team player
- Experience developing and implementing processes and workflows
- Ability to build effective partnerships and business relationships
- Strong analytical skills
- Must have a high degree of integrity

**Preferred Qualifications and Experience**
- Bachelor’s Degree in legal studies, political science, finance, accounting, business, social studies, or related fields
- Knowledge of ATF regulations, ITAR and EAR compliance standards
- Firearm industry knowledge
- Work experience with government affairs and contracts
- Import & export work experience
