General Job Description:
**KEP Electric,** a division of **IES Residentia**l is currently seeking an **Electrical Foreman**.

The **Electrical Foreman** plays a pivotal role in the growth and development of the company. A successful **F**o**reman** supervises and coordinates the activities of craft workers engaged in the layout, installation, and repair of wiring, electrical fixtures, apparatus, and control equipment. The **Foreman** continually motivates their crew in taking ownership and pride in achieving the overall goals of the company.

**Location**: Fort Wayne, IN and surrounding area

**Hours**: Full-time

**Salary**: $50-75K per year base pay**t10**

Min: USD $24.00/Hr. Max: USD $36.00/Hr. Minimum Education: None Minimum Years of Experience: 2-4 Specific Qualifications:
**_ Key Responsibilities:_**
- Oversees projects in multi-family homes
- Supervise and coordinate activities of assigned craft workers in accordance with the engineers’ specifications and the National Electric Code
- Interpret specifications, blueprints, and job orders as needed for area of supervision
- Maintains working relationship with subcontractors, division managers, and other skilled trades
- Analyzes and resolves work problems
- Maintains knowledge of and enforces company safety rules and procedures
- Quickly corrects any potential hazard or promptly reports the hazard to the responsible person
- Assess material, equipment, and labor needed to complete assigned tasks and ensure all items required are ordered and at the job site in compliance with the scheduled requirements
- Communicate with others, including taking direction from a supervisor and able to give direction in a way that is understood
- At least 2 years’ experience as an Electrical Foreman in Multi-Family area
- Possess knowledge of the current National Electric Code
- A valid driver’s license
- Must be able to pass and comply with all safety training, background check and drug testing requirements
- Ability to read and accurately interpret construction electrical drawings
- Demonstrates safe work habits and proper care for tools and equipment
