Job Responsibilities

* Train all Solar Installers on all aspects of the job including safety requirements. * Develop a positive working dynamic within installation crews, ARI Co-workers, and Subcontractors; Analyze and resolve worker problems and recommend solutions * Organize, lead, and train crew members to complete projects within established guidelines and timeframes * Check on progress of installers every hour throughout the installation to ensure the installation process is being performed to plan; Follow Construction Job Flow Procedures * Ensure accuracy of your own and crew's time sheets * AGT is an equal opportunity employer of protected veterans and individuals with disabilities.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES

Education

* High school or equivalent

Experience

* 5+ years of Foreman experience * 2 years minimum experience with Solar Installation - preferred

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

* NAPCEP Certified - preferred * Ability to transport materials and equipment to complete assigned job tasks (up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 100 pounds with assistance) * Valid state driver's license & clean driving record * Statewide travel is required * Proficient in English * Proficient in Microsoft Office * Adaptable to new technologies and web-based software systems
