Construction Superintendent

**Qualifications**:

- **Must have 2-3 years of experience working for a Commercial Construction General Contractor**:

- **Must have 1-2 years of Interior Fit Out experience.**:

- Proficient in reading architectural and MEP drawings and specifications.
- Experience managing construction schedules and coordinating with multiple trades.
- In-depth understanding of local, state, and federal construction code.
- Must have your own personal vehicle for transportation and a valid drivers license.

Schedule is Monday - Friday: 6:30 AM- 3:30 PM

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- High school or equivalent (required)

**Experience**:

- Procore or similar Construction Management Software: 1 year (required)
- commercial Superintendent: 2 years (required)
- Dental construction and/or Healthcare project build outs: 2 years (required)

License/Certification:

- Driver's License (required)
