Qualifications:

  • Must have 2-3 years of experience working for a Commercial Construction General Contractor
  • Must have 1-2 years of Interior Fit Out experience.
  • Experience with email and Procore, or similar software used for marking up drawings, and tracking RFIs and Punchlist.
  • Proficient in reading architectural and MEP drawings and specifications.
  • Excellent communication abilities and professional writing skills, ability to write technical emails to Architects and Project Managers.
  • Experience managing construction schedules and coordinating with multiple trades.
  • In-depth understanding of local, state, and federal construction code.
  • Must have your own personal vehicle for transportation and a valid drivers license.

Schedule is Monday - Friday: 6:30 AM- 3:30 PM
