This is full time 100% Commission employment. No limits. Company vehicle provided. An initial training salary will be provided for the first month. Leads are provided.

Work from home, in and about the Asheville area and our team meets in person weekly.

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee all aspects of sales, production and territory growth
- Control job orders, schedule, inventory, material and labor costs, hiring paint crews
- Provide extraordinary customer experience, including monitoring job site, answering questions and being the main point of contact for customers
- Pull inventory as needed to complete jobs and ensure daily supply of materials on site
- Maintain the vehicle and all tools and equipment
- Hold meetings with painters as to review safety policies, provide additional coaching, and to ensure goals are getting hit
- Collect payments from customers
- Complete necessary administrative paperwork and duties
- Report necessary information to 360° Painting owner
- Sales - Completes estimates and closes sales
- Attends networking events, home shows and operational meetings
- Monitors and sets goals around key performance indicators
- Notifies the owner of job status at the end of each day
- Performs a walk-through with the owner and collects payment due upon job completion
- Attends operational meetings

**Requirements**:

- Leadership skills
- High energy and tenacity
- Can handle rejection
- Sales - maintains a 40% or better close rate
- Excellent written and verbal communication, computer skills
- Time management and problem solving
- Self-motivated
- Punctual
- Has valid driver's License

**Education**

**N**o experience in the painting industry needed but could be helpful. Training provided.
- Bi-lingual is a plus
