The position being offered is for a full time medical office receptionist.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

- Greeting patients and visitors to the office upon arrival
- Checking out patients and scheduling follow up appointments
- Verifying insurance and collecting copays
- Scheduling patients for various types of office visits for three providers
- Completing referrals and medication refill requests
- Answering messages in a timely manner

Prior experience and knowledge of medical terminology are a plus, but not required. Must be available to work occasional nights (Monday-Tuesday until 6pm) and Saturday mornings (9am - 12pm). Additional hours could be available based on coverage needs. Looking for a team player with a great attitude to join our office staff
