Description:
Independence Plus is growing across all service areas and is seeking a Healthcare Recruiter for our Oak Brook, IL (DuPage County) office. The Healthcare Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and assisting in the onboarding of nurses.

**ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Proactively searches and works on multiple recruitment sources on a daily basis in search of nurses
- Researches and initiates new avenues to find quality applicants
- Attend Career Fairs and other hiring events to promote our openings and market our services
- Other duties as assigned and as required to fully perform the responsibilities

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or relevant industry experience preferred
- Strong sense of internal motivation and drive to hit departmental goals
- Good organizational skills
- Excellent phone and interpersonal skills
- Punctual and reliable
- Adapts well to changes within a growing company
- Demonstrates a functional level of proficiency with computers and the following software: Microsoft Office Suite, online recruiting tools
