**Summary**

Resolve member concerns at the first point of contact. Identifying member’s financial needs and cross-selling products and services to meet those needs, but most importantly high quality service must be provided

**Major Duties and Responsibilities**
- Ability to handle a small TDFCU Branch office with remote supervision.
- Verify member’s identity prior to providing any account information or processing any transactions.
- Provide prompt, accurate, courteous, friendly, timely and professional service to all members.
- Balance cash draw each day and fund all checks issued accordingly.
- Maintain a professional work environment and business appearance.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all Credit Union products and services along with the benefits and features of each.
- Understand all security responsibilities within Branch Services and maintains a working knowledge of compliance/regulations.
- Replenish and balance ATMs.
- Process mailed deposits and loan payments.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

**Experience and Education**

Associate degree desired, with no experience required. Minimum requirement, three years of Branch Service experience.

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
