**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree or evidence of continual work towards a degree strongly preferred. (A degree may be required to work on some of our client programs and needs.)
- 4 years’ experience and strong knowledge base in healthcare policy, reimbursement, market access, pharmaceutical or biotechnology sales and/or marketing, or a similar industry.
- Must have the ability to deal with real-time client requests and set expectations accordingly.
- Must be client savvy, knowledgeable of business protocol, time management and possess strong organizational skills.
- Must have research and analytical skills, and the ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Must be highly effective in working objectively with a diverse group of people.
- Strong background in managing healthcare provider and patient communications, direct pharmaceutical interaction plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, plus effective presentation skills.
- Proven leadership capabilities, demonstrated problem solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to, “think on their feet,” and suggest alternatives and solutions.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle responsibilities in a time sensitive manner.
- Highly adaptable, able to shift gears and focus based on company, client and business needs.
- Practice a high level of confidentiality in regards to HIPAA patient confidentiality, client and company information.
- Strong computer skills including MS Excel. Adaptable and eager to learn. Open to cross-training to build on experience.

Direct hire, full-time, onsite opportunity at our corporate headquarters in Maitland, FL.

**FIELD SALES LIAISON**

**Essential Functions**:

- Respond to all incoming inquiries from the Field Sales team regarding Patient Services vendors, program offerings, and services, including Specialty Pharmacies and Copay assistance.
- Work with current vendors as needed to obtain appropriate responses for Field Sales team.
- Facilitate and participate in live training sessions with Sales team on Patient Services.
- Participate in weekly and monthly status update calls with vendor partners.
- Work with internal and external partners for seamless patient experience in all escalated cases.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Program Manager and/or Director(s) of Operations and Performance.
- Must exhibit excellent skills in the following areas: verbal/written communication, computer/data entry/software proficiency, interpersonal and relationship-building skills, self-discipline, pro-activeness, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.

**Hours**:
Monday-Friday, commonly needed shifts are 9:30 AM-6:00 PM, 10:30 AM-7:00 PM, or 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM. Other shifts may be available between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM, for full-time hours, based on team needs.

**Compensation**:
$25.00 per hour. Offer based upon experience, education, interview process, etc. Position is benefits eligible.
