**What you will be doing**
- Preparing patient charts before patient is seen by physician
- Obtaining medical records from storage and hospital
- Referring to provider's offices, labs, and imaging centers
- Answering phone calls from the medical records department
- Responding to patient medical records requests
- Verifying medical records release validity

**What you will bring to the team**
- At least 1 year of medical records experience in a medical setting
- Working knowledge of electronic medical record imaging/scanning hardware and software
- Computer literate, ability to type at least 40 wpm.
- Working knowledge of general office duties.
