We are currently seeking a **Workforce Development Specialist **to support our Workforce Development team. As a Workforce Development Specialist**,** you will play an essential role in the training and development of all new and veteran PRIDE members to support the most challenging and exciting projects in the Southwest, including commercial, industrial, mission-critical and water/wastewater treatment facilities.

**Responsibilities**

This position requires occasional travel to job sites in New Mexico and surrounding states.

**Skills Assessment**
- Administer and conduct written and physical skills assessments
- Conduct and compile data analysis from multiple sources to determine skill strengths/weakness and communicate areas of development for advancement opportunity
- Champion Corbins culture

**Employee Development**
- Training Curriculum Development - Create or enhance training curriculum as directed. Organize, schedule, and track training courses as needed
- Training - Train employees utilizing Corbins methodologies and material
- Training Logistics - Order, maintain, and restock training tools and materials necessary for training

**Qualifications**
- 2+ years working in construction, engineering, technical or craft training preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication in both English and Spanish (preferred)
- Ability to multi-task, collaborate with others, set priorities, and take initiative
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to effectively implement new processes
- Strong Networking and relationship-building Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to complete tasks with mínimal supervision

**Education/Certifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Trade Certificate or college degree in education preferred or equivalent experience in construction training and development.

**Bilingual in English/Spanish required**
