We are currently seeking an experienced Bilingual Automotive Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to join our dynamic team at Garber Chevrolet Highland. In this role, you will be a key member of our Financial Services department, focused on serving Spanish-speaking customers.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Help customers arrange the financing of their purchases
- Present additional products that enhance their vehicle and ownership experience
- Accurately desk deals, submit deals to lenders for approval, make credit decisions, and effectively close deals
- Ensure all deals are fully compliant with local, state and federal guidelines
- Prepare paperwork, contracts and delivers deals
- Accurately audit team deals post-sale
- Ensures the expeditious funding of all contracts
- Strictly adheres to and enforces company policies, processes, procedures, and core values
- Maintain proficiency and certifications as required for the position

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Minimum of 5-7 years experience in a large volume dealership setting
- Previous dealership Finance / F&I experience is required
- Must be AFIP certified and be fully proficient with title laws and registration process
- Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures
- Strong upselling skills to maximize sales opportunities
- Ability to perform basic math calculations for pricing, financing, and trade-in evaluations
- Excellent verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Professional personal appearance
- Must be willing to submit to a background check & drug screen
