We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals. As a Direct Support Professional, you will provide essential care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities in a home care setting.

**Duties**:

- Assist individuals with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide emotional support and companionship
- Implement behavior management techniques
- Administer first aid when necessary
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team
- Assist with medication management
- Support individuals with dementia care and autism spectrum disorders
- Drive individuals to appointments and community outings

**Experience**:

- Experience in social work, patient care, or home care is preferred
- Knowledge of working with people with developmental disabilities
- Familiarity with behavior management techniques
- Ability to work effectively with individuals with autism spectrum disorders
- First aid certification is a plus
