Schedule:
  • Seeking DSPs to work in residential day programs.  The following shifts are available: 8a to 3p.
Responsibilities: 
  • DSPs will be responsible for assisting patients with activities of daily living
  • Providing education to patients on socialization, recreation and domestic living 
  • Assist patients with feeding, dressing, toiletry, bathing
  • Updating patient records in EMR
  • Ensuring patients are following their care plans/programs
Pay Rate:
  • $16-17/hr. depending on experience (please don't include this in posting itself, just in pay rate section of job)
