We offer a luxurious and modern spa experience with a wide variety of cutting-edge non-surgical treatments. As one of seven locations in Southern California, we're dedicated to providing exceptional service and results to our patients.
**The Patient Care Supervisor Role**
In this full-time position (32-40 hours per week), you'll oversee the front desk staff and ensure the smooth operation of our patient care. Your responsibilities include:
- **Leading and supervising the front desk team**: You'll provide guidance, ensure efficient work practices, and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- **Front desk tasks**: You'll handle tasks like managing patient charts, scheduling appointments, and ensuring patient flow runs smoothly.
- **Patient follow-up**: Contributing to patient satisfaction through post-treatment care is important.
- **Business growth**: You'll play a role in initiatives to grow our business.
- Previous experience leading and supervising staff, preferably in a medical spa or similar setting.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Google productivity tools.
