**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in a healthcare facility
- Active and unencumbered license to practice as a dietitian in the state
- Strong knowledge of dietary practices, procedures, and regulations

**Job Duties**:

- Plan, organize, and direct overall operations of the Food Services Department
- Coordinate food service activities with related departments
- Interpret and communicate department policies and procedures
- Assist in developing diet plans for individual residents
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards and regulations
